CelerMail policy

Email Acceptable Use Policy

CelerMail supports transactional messages and permission-based newsletters and promotions. These rules protect recipients and the sending reputation shared by our customers.

Effective August 15, 2026

Permission and recipient lists

  • Marketing recipients must have directly and knowingly opted in to receive email from your business.
  • Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, or otherwise acquired third-party lists are prohibited.
  • You must keep verifiable records of when, where, and how recipients provided consent.
  • Transactional email may only be sent when it is relevant to a recipient-initiated account, purchase, security, or service action.

Unsubscribe and suppression

  • Every non-transactional email must contain a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism.
  • Unsubscribe requests must be honored promptly and the recipient must not be re-added without new consent.
  • Addresses associated with hard bounces and complaints must be suppressed from future sending.
  • You may not work around a suppression by changing lists, sender identities, accounts, or domains.

Content and identity

  • Sender names, domains, subject lines, and message content must be accurate and must not mislead recipients.
  • Phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, spoofing, illegal content, and deceptive promotions are prohibited.
  • You must only use sender domains and identities that you own or are authorized to use.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, and electronic-marketing laws.

Review and enforcement

  • Private-beta access is manually reviewed and is not guaranteed by submitting an application.
  • We may request evidence of consent, list sources, message samples, or your unsubscribe process before or after approval.
  • We may pause or terminate sending that creates unusual bounce or complaint levels or otherwise threatens recipients or platform reputation.
  • Materially changing your sending use case may require another review.
