Celerlinks is a digital platform providing bill payment services including:
Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must provide accurate and complete info.
- Responsible for account security & credentials.
Payments & Refunds
All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Transactions are immediate and irreversible once confirmed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for technical errors preventing service delivery or duplicate transactions. Requests must be made within 7 days.
Liability
Celerlinks is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations or binding arbitration.
